Meet Dr. Spencer Marsh DDS, MS

Originally from Rochester NY, Dr. Marsh earned both his undergraduate and dental degree in biology from the University of Buffalo (Go Bills!). He then decided to leave the cold of upstate NY and completed his master’s in Orthodontics at the University of Texas at San Antonio where he graduated as the chief resident. While earning his master’s, his thesis was published in the International Journal of Dental Materials.

Between his undergrad and dental school training, Dr. Marsh worked as an orthodontic assistant for several years. It was then that he knew that he wanted to make orthodontics his career. He has been a patient, an assistant, and now an orthodontist, and he is excited to be working in the beautiful state of North Carolina.

Outside of the office Dr. Marsh enjoys spending time with friends and his wife, Gina. He’s an Eagle Scout and loves the outdoors whether it’s hiking, camping, or boating.
